  • Products: We offer permanently welded bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and charms.
  • Services: We provide repair services, cleaning services, and appointment bookings for events.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Partial Refunds: We offer a 90% partial refund on physical products within 60 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Event Bookings: If you cancel a booked event, a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment cost will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing via our communication channels.
  1. Conditions for Refunds
  • Proof of Purchase: Refunds require proof of purchase. This can include a receipt, order number, or other relevant documentation.
  • Visual Evidence: For damaged items, you must provide visual evidence of damage if the product breaks at the weld point and you cannot visit us in person. Without this evidence, store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued instead of a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Goods: Due to the customized nature of our products, physical goods are non-refundable beyond the conditions stated above.

  2. Provide Documentation: Submit proof of purchase and, if applicable, visual evidence of damage.
  3. Verification: We will verify your purchase and review the documentation provided.
  4. Processing: Refunds and store credits are processed within 1-7 business days (Mon – Fri: 8 AM – 6 PM). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued as a gift card if a refund cannot be processed.
  1. Exchanges
  • Policy: We do not offer exchanges for jewelry products. If you wish to return an item, follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: We do not ship physical products. Due to the nature of our business, all chains must be welded in person by one of our Evermor-trained technicians.
  1. Return of Chains
  • Return Condition: We accept chains back for disposal regardless of condition, but no compensation is provided for returned chains.
  1. Promotional Events
  • Promotional Orders: We reserve the right to decline any partial refund or gift certificate requests for orders placed during promotional events or giveaways.
