*Only one person can be designated as the host, even if there are multiple hosts involved. This applies to the individual who booked the event, and the promotion is valid for a single transaction.
• Guest/Chain Minimum: A minimum of 6 guests or 6 chain purchases is required to make our visit worthwhile.
• Consent Forms: Each guest must complete a consent form prior to their purchase to acknowledge our terms & conditions. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to complete the consent form.
• Booking Fee: The $25 non-refundable booking fee you pay secures your date and helps us prepare a seamless experience for your event.
• Location Requirement: We currently do not offer a location for events, so we ask that you have a venue arranged.
• Setup Time: Please allow us a 30-minute setup window before the event begins, unless we agree on a different time in advance.
• Accepted Payments: We accept payments via Square, including major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Special Requests: Let us know if there are any unique accommodations or preferences we should prepare for you or your group.
• Product Pricing: Our chains are priced by the inch to ensure a custom fit for each guest.
